I love this time of year in Arizona. Monsoon season. I don't like to fly in it, but if I'm on the ground it's okay. I love to put the top down in my car and drive out towards the Superstitions. I simply cannot get enough of the desert right before it rains. The colors amaze me: deep dark blue and earthy red. I'd have to say it's my favorite color comibination.

Last night I just had to pull over on the way home from the grocery store and take these pictures. So incredibly beautiful...I got tears in my eyes. I'm a dork. I know.
